The accommodations consist of several 2 and 3 story buildings, each with 12 or more fully furnished apartments within a gated facility. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned and provided with a Student Study desk and chair.

The facility provides regular shuttle service to and from AUA and AICASA, round the clock Security, weekly ground maintenance, monthly pest extermination, and weekly housekeeping services.
